PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The project management is the appliance of knowledge, abilities, tools and techniques of management, aiming the attendance of the project scope. Thus, the management works to achieve the project objective, according to the requirements and premises established during the planning phase, pursuing the guarantee of a satisfactory and expected result.C3 applies on the management of its projects the 5 processes groups established on PMOK – Project Management Body of Knowledge: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Performance and Control, and Project Close. These groups are associated with 10 knowledge areas: integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risks, procurements and stakeholders. This method is applied seeking the attendance of necessary requirements.
SUPERVISION AND INSPECTION
The Supervision guarantees to the client that the enterprise and its project will be executed according to the requirements defined on the executive project and ABNT NBR regulations, that look for attendance to the specificities of each kind of enterprise or project accomplished, delivering a quality work to the client.
